WASHINGTON, April 6, 2007 – USDA Undersecretary for Natural Resources and the Environment, Mark Rey will discuss Market-Based Conservation as outlined in US Department of Agriculture (USDA) Secretary Mike Johanns’ 2007 Farm Bill proposal.
