Banks and Fees Searchable Database

The Banks and Fees Searchable Database is a project of the Environmental Law Institute is designed to provide users with summary information from wetland banking instruments, umbrella agreements, and in-lieu-fee program documentation. The wetland mitigation banks and in-lieu fee programs were identified through interviews with 38 Corps district offices, 50 state wetland managers, other relevant agencies, and in-lieu-fee sponsors in 2001. The online databases are composed of 323 wetland mitigation banks, 44 umbrella banks, and 90 in-lieu-fee programs.
