Climate Corporation is a carbon asset developer and trading company founded in Austria in 2004, today
with offices in Austria, Australia and China/Beijing. With more than 200 clients and millions of carbon
credits transacted over the last couple of years Climate Corporation’s services have not only provided a
valuable contribution to secure client’s investments in the global carbon markets but have also made a

capacity of clean, renewable energy in developing nations.

Our services range from EUA and CER spot trading on behalf of industrial and institutional buyers via our
own trading platforms “Carbon Pool Europe” and “BluePro.net” or on the BlueNext exchange, being one
of the first members of the biggest spot exchange in Europe; a weekly news-service subscribed by
6,000+ decision makers in the carbon and clean-tech industries; as well as carbon asset development of
Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) projects and management of carbon funds or individual
