The International Peat Society is an organization of scientific, industrial, and regulatory stakeholders dedicated to fostering the advancement, exchange and communication of scientific, technical and social knowledge and understanding for the wise use of peatland and peat. The International Peat Society is composed of over 1,300 members from 41 countries and membership is open to all organizations with the status of a legal entity and to any interested individuals.
