The Corporate Wetlands Restoration Partnership is a public-private partnership between the federal government, state governments and private corporations to restore wetlands and other aquatic habitats. In the Partnership, corporations contribute funds to participating private foundations or state trust funds. These funds are matched by federal or state funds to undertake aquatic ecosystem restoration projects on an average 4:1 ratio.
