Overall Job Purpose
As Manager of the UK and global Regional Teams, you will be responsible for leading the planning and implementation of carbon projects across the world.

Based in Taunton, you will lead all aspects of feasibility, planning and design, supply chain, logistics, financial forecasting and monitoring of our portfolio of projects. The company can offer internal support and the opportunity to work as part of a growing, successful environmental company.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
• facilitate the definition of project goals and deliverables
• lead all aspects of the planning, implementation and monitoring of our portfolio of carbon projects
• lead all aspects of supply chain management
• lead all aspects of logistics and distribution to deadlines
• lead all aspects of resource planning in line with project requirements
• financial tracking and forecasting
• coordinate all project staff, globally
• track project deliverables using appropriate tools
• constantly monitor and report on progress of projects to all stakeholders
• present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions

Qualifications / Training / Knowledge
• Educated to degree level
• Qualification in project management or equivalent
• IT literate
• End to End Project Lifecycle of Gold Standard or CDM Methodologies
• Supply chain, logistics and distribution management
• Budgetary control

Experience / Skills
• 2 – 3 years minimum experience in Leadership Role
• Proven experience in logistics and distribution planning an implementation
• Proven experience in the environmental sector
• Proven experience in carbon offset projects to Gold Standard and CDM
• Proven and demonstrable line management capabilities
• Experience in balancing departmental or company budgets
• Proven negotiation skills
