Environmental Incentives seeks qualified candidates for a Chief of Party position for an anticipated USAID E3/Land and Urban award, Communications, Evidence, and Learning (CEL) in the land tenure and urban development sectors.
The CEL project intends to create, expand, and disseminate evidence-based knowledge in 1) land tenure, property rights, and resource governance, and 2) urban development, urban-based programming, and sustainable cities. Project activities, results, and learnings will inform USAID and U.S. Government (USG) program design and implementation, monitoring and evaluation, policy discussions and decisions, and maximize the effectiveness of limited development resources to accomplish key USG development objectives.
This 5-year contract position is contingent upon receipt of a USAID award.
